This gelding will be ready to start in the spring of 2007. He is going to be at least 15H and 1,100 lbs. He is a grandson of Doc's Remedy out of Remedys Doll who is now 28 years old. His sire Tiger Music Image we now use on the ranch as one of our main riding horses. Tiger is 15H and 1200 lbs. this gelding is just like him. His extended bloodlines include Music Mount, Roan Hancock, Leo, Triples Image, Triple Chick, Three Bars and Doc's Remedys. I have broke 2 other colts out of this mare none of them bucked or were hard to break.

Moon Shine is out of some of the best performance bloodlines on the market today (Carol Rose Quarter Horses). She has World Champions 2 and 3 generations back on both sides of her papers. Her Sire is Shine Like Music by 1999 Res. World Champion Reining Cow Horse Shine Like Hail which is the son of the Great Shinning Spark. The dam is a grand daughter of Doc's Remedy and Major Bonanza, and the great grand daughter of King Fritz. This filly has been turned out on pasture this summer and will begin her training early 2008. She is an exact copy of her daddy. Her dam was used around the ranch and also taken to the Mountains in Washington and Idaho before we put her in the mare band. This is a can't miss cow horse prospect.

This filly is in training at the ranch and going to be a real mover. We have fooled with her off and on this summer. Due to a cut on her back leg she has not had as many rides as the gelding. She is now all healed no scar or any bad effects from the cut. She sells guaranteed 100% sound. She is going to be a pretty good size mare since she is 15H, 1000 lbs at 3years. She is out of Golden Jaz Music which is Poco Bueno bred through Little Steel Dust. Her dam is Laura San Peppy which is Mr. San Peppy by Leo San. This filly has a lot of gas and really moves and will make a good cow horse or riding mare. She also has lots of dun factor.

APRIL 10, 2005 - AQHA - Dun/Grullo Gelding

This is one of the better colts we have raised; Sun TE is loaded with dun factor, on his legs, back, withers, and has a 1" or wider dorsal strip (no white). This gelding has a big hip, short back; good withers, with small baby doll head. This horse has great eye appeal and is really awesome. He is old foundation bred 5 times to Poco Buneo, through Little Steel Dust. The dam is by Triple Images, Triple Chick, Three Bars, Leo, Te N Te and Joe Hancock is on her papers. This is a do it all, dead gentle, (no buck) go any where colt. I would not just say this gelding is cowey, I would have to say he is extra, extra, cowey. The first cow he was on he just wanted to work it with total concentration. Sun TE is a great all around prospect for cow events and he is a great trail horse too, going through water and brush on his first trip out of the arena.

This dun gelding is a fancy looker with lots of dun factor. He is Music Mount and Three Bars bred on both sides. He also has Triples Image, Joe Hancock, Poco Bueno, and Leo on his papers. I broke his daddy and every colt out of his dam since we have owned her. Every one of them was easy to break and turned out to be real good horses. I plan on starting this gelding early 2008. This is going to be a real nice gelding and is real gentle and will make someone a great all around horse.

They do not come any better bred than this colt. Both grandparents on Sire and Dam side are World Champions, Shine Like Hail (NRCHA 1999) by Shinning Spark and Doc's Remedy by Doc Bar. The mare which we still own who is 27 years old is own daughter of Doc Remedy. She was a pretty good horse in her days. This is her finally. There is no more this close to this kind of breeding. He is very fancy and looks the part and will make a great stallion prospect. We do not want to cut this colt and intend to sell as a stallion prospect with breed back rights.
